6 weeks of hatha yoga aimed at those wishing to gain a better understanding of yoga and develop a practice. You can expect a broad range of postures, meditation, breath work and philosophy. Whilst these classes are not aimed at beginners, absolutely everyone is welcome. All I ask is that you come with an open mind and an acceptance of where you are on your journey. Yoga is for everyone and I will offer variations of posture to ensure everyone is comfortable and has something to work with.
