In person offerings :1 hour Reiki £30 or1.5 hrs Reiki with Akashic Records Reading £50
During a Reiki Healing session with me you will be lying fully clothes on a massage table where I will work with your energy to determine which areas most need the flow of reiki. Reiki is energy work that requires nothing from you other than an open mind. The deeply restorative nature of reiki can offer physical, emotional or energetic support and I am here to facilitate the healing that your body already knows how to do!Adding an Akashic Records Reading can offer a deeper and more full healing experience where you actually get to communicate with your soul and participate in your journey. In this reading you can ask questions about your life path and get to know yourself deeper before moving into the Reiki Healing part where you can fully let go and receive. Alchemy of every discipline I have been learning in recent years will create a unique and transformative women’s circle. A full day together will allow all the space and time it takes to go deep into a yoga workshop - working on form, alignment and breath work, practicing a full yogic sequence. I will guide a restorative and healing sound and reiki session. And we will explore a meditation practice in the peaceful floral garden if the weather permits. There will be time for sharing, connection and eating a delicious home cooked lunch. What the day will look like :10am -12pm Yoga Asana 12pm - 1pm Sound & Reiki
